In addition to being modular and selcontained，our slip-ring assemblies are available in 35，75，125 and

200 amp capacities at 600v a.c or 250v d.c. Each unit 叫ns on its oVvT1  set ofbearings to ensure precise alignment ofrings and brushes. AII assemblies  are

equipped with terminal strips for quick and easy electrical connection.

Brushes are held in place using our unique bru sh tension fingers permitting quick brush removal Vvf1ile

ensurin9 correct brush ten sion.

'0' ring seal provides a water-tigh，t  dust-tight sealCOLLECTOR COVERS...Removes quickly for inspection or service byvirtue of3 toggle clamps.An

suitable for any type of atmosphere.

 

SIMPLE，POSITIVE CABLE ENTRANCE...A positive，water-tight connector is provided at the shaft Vvf1ere the cable enters the spool area. Cable feeds easilythrough the hollow sha食 for termination within

the slip-ring enclosure. Connections are required at one point only.

MODULAR SLIP ING ASSEMBLIES... The entire slip-ring assembly can be replaced as a unit if

necessa.No need to handle smallparts. To remove，

merely disconnect wiring and loosen two set screws on the shaft locking collar.

 

OPTIONAL ROATARY LIMIT SWITCHES... These switches are mounted inside the dust-tight ，ter­ tight chain case. The rotary limit switch can be used to provide a signalto the moving equipment that the

cablIy extended or recovered，avoiding overtravel orunder travel conditions.
