The“SM" Series brake is fit，tωwith a direct-operating hydraulic slave cylinder mounted on the brake pushr.

  The hydraulic pressure developed by the peda-l operated master cylinder is transmitted vía the ∞nnection lines to the slave cylinder which in tum applies torque to the brake wheel. 

 The master cylinder provides sensitive ntrol between zero and maimum force/torque.

The standard hydraulic brake includes a manual bleeder. The addition of a remote control bleeder permits quíck and easy bleeding of the system. The remote control system consísts of a fluid reservoi，

r solenoid operated control valve and a pushbutton station located near the operator. Depressing  the pushbun。 swítch energizes  the solenoid coll and opens the valve. By pressing the peda，

l the operator n force f1uid through the system，into the double f1uid reservoir. 

After all the air has been vented from the system， the pushbutton ís released and the control valve closes.

 This seals the system and operation of the master cylinder once again develops pressure to operate the

slave cylinder and apply torque to the brake wheel.
