The standard setup includes a Rasper, a Grannlator and a Separation Table - we have standard plants with capacities ranging from 200-4000 kgs/production hour. This is also the starting point when plants are tailored to suit specifit customer requirements.

1.多目地銼子機Multi Purpose Rasper

  此機器是一種有效率，中等速度，雙驅動銼子，適合電線回收，它確定各別尺寸可減少到約15-25MM， 

  部份尺寸

  This machine is an effective, medium-speed, dual drive Rasper designed for cable recycling. It ensures

  individual size reduction down to approc. 15-25mm fraction sizes.

2.懸吊電磁鐵Overband magnet

  一個懸吊磁鐵作為從經多目的銼子機經切碎電線移去鐵金屬部份

  An overband magnet for removing of ferrous parts from shredded cable fraction after Multi Purpose Rasper.

3.細-顆粒機Fine-Granulator

  一種高速、單軸、細顆粒機,作為最後顆粒階段和電線的開啟，典型部份尺寸在4-7MM顆粒

  A high-speed, single shaft Fine-Granulator for final granulation stage and opening of the cables. Fraction sizes  

  typically between 4-7 mm granulate.     

4.分料桌Separation Table

  作為最後材料的分料成的99.5% (或更好)乾淨的金屬

  For the final separation of material into a 99.5%(or better) clean metal fraction.

一種有力量,低速,單一或雙軸使材料能預先粉碎，部份在於使入料尺寸減少，而且部份用來增加電線回收工廠的能力

A powerful, low-speed, single or dual shaft pre-chopper used for pre-chopping pf the input material - partly to size reduce the input and partly to increase the capacity of the cable recycling plant.

·分類機PC12  Classifier PC12

塑膠部份可回收剩餘金屬，可以減少金屬損失到小於1%

For recovery of the metals remaining in the plastic fraction. Reduction of the metal losses down to as little as 1%.

·水分選桌Water Separation Table

在塑膠部份回收剩下金屬，可減少金屬損失小到0.2%，也能增加整個工廠的能力
